A Sandpit is the name that we use to describe our facilitated creative problem solving service that brings people with a shared challenge or opportunity together to generate solutions using a creative, fun but structured environment.

All Sandpits are unique. They may comprise a workshop lasting between 1/2- 3 days, be conducted on-line over an extended period, or use a combination of both environments.
We don't have the answers to all your problems but we can help you clarify the issue at hand, ensure the right people are contributing and release and focus the creativity of the participants to produce a practical solution.
The Sandpit Facililty
‘The Sandpit’ is a purpose built creative thinking space within the AIR studio. Designed to help teams think differently and work at pace, it can accommodate up to 40 people but with our web-based collaboration software and web streaming system any number of participants can get involved.
